Job Title: HR Administrator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to support
our HR team in managing recruitment travel bookings and employee benefits. The ideal candidate
will be a reliable and detailoriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes
ensuring smooth daily operations and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Assist in managing the recruitment process including posting job advertisements screening
resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
Maintain and update candidate records.
Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates.
2. Travel Booking:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees including flights
accommodation and ground transportation.
Ensure travel policies are followed and manage travel budgets efficiently.
Provide employees with necessary travel documents and assist with any changes or
cancellations.
3. General HR Support:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure all required documents are collected and
processed.
Assist in organizing employee events training sessions and other HRrelated activities.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks as required.
Help organize and execute training programs and professional development initiatives.
Provide administrative support for performance management and employee evaluation
processes.
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and
workplace culture.
Support the recruitment process including posting job openings scheduling interviews and
conducting background checks.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth integration
into the company.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
(preferred).
At least 35 years of experience in HR administration with a focus on recruitment and
employee benefits (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of travel management and employee benefits programs is a plus.
