This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized FullTime Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper VA you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This role requires proficiency in general accounting principles excellent typing skills and expert level Microsoft Excel / database management.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry account reconciliations expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform job costing analysis to ensure accurate project financials
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts as needed
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- General accounting knowledge and experience
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Previous experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and job costing
- Expert level Microsoft Excel User
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Windows
- Proficient in Google Suites including Sheets Drive Gmail
