Job Description:
- As a Relationship Manager you will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing clients for various financial products. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for acquiring clients for Demat accounts and facilitating transactions in equity commodity and currency markets. The target is to acquire a minimum of 5 accounts per month each with a margin of 1 LPA.
- Revenue Generation: You will actively promote and sell thirdparty financial products such as SIP Mutual Funds Insurance Value Packs and ACE/TGS to clients. Your goal is to generate revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential. You will provide personalized financial advice address client queries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client loyalty and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Collaboration with team members is crucial for success. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets share market insights and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales Consider only in the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
