About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional for a Manager/Senior Manager Sales role in the learning and development industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fastgrowing organization driving innovation in the digital learning solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in corporate enterprise educational and university sectors across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and propose customized digital learning solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
510 years of experience in direct B2B sales particularly in digital learning solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the learning and development industry including trends and best practices.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to travel across Hyderabad Gurgaon Bengaluru Pune and Kolkata.
