As a Salesforce Sales Consultant you will be responsible for driving sales of Salesforce solutions identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your role involves understanding customer needs positioning Salesforce products effectively and ensuring successful deal closures. You will collaborate with presales technical and delivery teams to provide the best CRM solutions to businesses.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate leads for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc.).
Develop and execute gotomarket strategies for Salesforce product adoption.
Drive revenue growth by closing deals and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.
Conduct product demos presentations and business case discussions.
Work with presales teams to create tailored Salesforce proposals.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with Csuite executives IT decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Salesforce and its ecosystem partners to enhance solution offerings.
Manage customer expectations and ensure longterm business relationships.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Develop proposals RFP responses and pricing models for Salesforce solutions.
Negotiate contracts terms and SLAs with clients.
Ensure smooth deal closures while adhering to company policies.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends competitor offerings and new features.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve gotomarket strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business IT Sales or related fields.
Experience: 3 10 years in Salesforce sales business development or consulting.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Pardot CPQ etc.).
Understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and cloud solutions.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong consultative selling persuasion and dealclosing abilities.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decisionmakers.
TargetDriven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
Experience working with Salesforce Partners or Resellers
Location & Travel:
Hybrid/Remote/Inoffice (depending on company policy).
