Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Inside Sales Specialist to join our clients growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a salesoriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client support. You will play a crucial role in driving sales performance while ensuring toptier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to promote and sell company services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients via phone email and chat to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Support team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Support (30%)
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients and partners regarding company products and services.
- Address financial and technical inquiries via chat email and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Create clear and detailed instructions for clients and partners on service usage.
Client Relationship Management
- Utilize the CRM system (Salesforce) to track client interactions and manage ongoing relationships.
- Ensure all client communications and updates are accurately documented for seamless followups.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi with strong English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in FX and CFDs brokerage or banking.
- Strong communication skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Proactive and positive work approach with a desire for longterm collaboration.
