JD of Business Development Head (B2B)
- Developing strategic plans aligned to company goals.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
- A strong knowledge of B2B (Diamond Jewellery) and excellent hold on the domestic market is ideal.
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our brand and products
- A good understanding of product development and technical process of manufacturing
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Oversee the sales budget forecasts and performance reports providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular sales meetings training sessions and performance reviews to support the professional development of the sales team.
