- Handson experience supporting engineering teams building on enterprise digital commerce tools such as Salesforce Service Max SAP Shopify and Adobe.
- Experience working on global multiyear initiatives with crossfunctional teams.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of best practices across Sales Service Commerce MarTech and SaaS.
- Proven ability to work within globally distributed virtual teams contribute to projects and deliver results in a diverse global stakeholder environment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical strategic and creative problemsolving skills.

Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of professional supporting enterpriselevel engineering teams.
- 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Max Adobe Shopify or similar platform solutions.
- 4 years of handson experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization planning and execution to deliver software solutions.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
