Job Description
Lithe Transformation is partnering with a global IT consultancy to support their operations in Saudi Arabia. This position will be employed by Lithe directly and your opportunity to join a growing and caring UK operation. Please see remuneration details at the bottom of this notice.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with at least conversational Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Setup: Design configure and optimize IT infrastructure capable of supporting advanced economic modeling. This includes setting up highperformance servers configuring databases and ensuring scalability.
2. Data Integration: Establish secure data pipelines to integrate datasets from internal enduser sources ensuring data quality and compliance with governance standards.
3. System Security and Maintenance: Implement cybersecurity measures including access controls firewalls and data encryption in line with Saudi national standards. Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Testing and Optimization: Conduct performance testing to ensure the infrastructure can handle large data loads and dynamic modeling. Optimize resource usage for efficient reliable operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure setup with experience supporting dataintensive or modeling environments.
Skills: Expertise in server setup and administration database management data integration and cybersecurity protocols.
Preferred Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT systems cybersecurity or data management (e.g. CompTIA Cisco AWS).
Location: Availability for onsite work in Abha with flexibility for travel as required.

4. DetailOriented and Organized: Given the importance of setting up reliable secure systems they should have an eye for detail and a methodical approach to planning and executing tasks.
5. Confident and SelfDirected: While collaboration is essential this person should also be confident in working independently and making informed decisions especially when handling technical requirements and troubleshooting.
Background
1. Technical Expertise with RealWorld Applications: They should have handson experience in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance ideally within environments that handle complex data or have high performance requirements.
2. Experience in ClientFacing Roles: Experience working in a consultancy or clientdriven role is highly beneficial as they ll need to interact directly with clients understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector or dataheavy industries (e.g. government finance economic research) is an advantage as it would help them understand the client s context and requirements better.
4. Relevant Certifications: Certifications in IT systems cybersecurity or network infrastructure (e.g. CompTIA Network Cisco CCNA or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus and show a commitment to professional development.
5. Previous Consulting Experience (Ideal but Not Essential): If possible a background working with or in consulting firms would mean they understand the pace client expectations and need for flexibility that consulting work often requires.
The remuneration for this position will be a salary range of 80k 100k. Lithe will cover your travel and accommodation expenses but you will be paying UK taxes. Thereafter we will pay for 1 return flight per week. We may in time be offering the opporunity for tax residence and a taxfree salary package but this is not certain at this moment.
