We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to support our growth in the Indonesian market. This role involves channel expansion customer relationship management and coordination across departments to build sustainable business partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills with experience in business or marketing roles on internet platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Research: Conduct market research on leading platforms and online cooperation channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Channel Development: Expand business channels establish and maintain customer relationships and develop compliant business models for longterm partnerships.
- Agreement Facilitation: Manage the business agreement process drive system integration and oversee project timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Market Analysis & Risk Management: Regularly analyze channel performance and market data to assess business risks and optimize cooperation models.
- Crossfunctional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely handling of projectrelated tasks ensuring seamless and secure operations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher preferably from a toptier university.
- Experience: Background in business development or marketing within internet platforms.
- Language: Fuent in Chinese. Familiarity with the local market and Chinese business operations is a plus.
- Skills: Strong logical thinking communication and crossdepartmental coordination skills with a high capacity for problemsolving and executing strategic initiatives.
