Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Growth Strategist to be a key player in driving business growth across multiple sectors. The Growth Strategist will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand the customer base improve retention and maintain a competitive edge in the market. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking strong leadership and a datadriven approach to help guide the company s growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company s longterm objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities including partnerships acquisitions and market expansion.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones to maximize loyalty.
- DataDriven Insights: Leverage data analytics to improve marketing sales and operational efficiencies driving better business outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales marketing finance and supply chain to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Oversee Marketing: Manage and optimize marketing strategies ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently in collaboration with external vendors.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with growth goals.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and industry shifts to refine and adjust growth strategies.
- Innovation & Agility: Promote the adoption of new technologies and business practices that foster agility efficiency and innovation.

Desired Profile:
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- Significant experience in scaling businesses especially in highgrowth environments is highly desirable.
- 810 years of experience in a large organization with a demonstrated ability to progress quickly within the company.
- Experience in entrepreneurial roles or working in startup environments would be an added advantage.
