Job Description
As the Growth Hacker you ll be the driving force behind our B2C expansion. You ll work as a oneperson team to build awareness drive traffic convert users and retain them. Once the department gains momentum you ll hire and lead a team to scale our B2C efforts. This is a highimpact entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on taking ownership and delivering results.
Requirements
1. Experience: 2 years in growth hacking digital marketing or a similar role with proven success in driving user acquisition and retention.
Experience in the edtech space or with K12 teachers is a plus.
2. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics social media platforms SEO tools and marketing automation software. Exceptional creativity and problemsolving skills to design and execute innovative growth strategies.
3. Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a getthingsdone attitude.
Willingness to wear multiple hats and operate as a oneperson team initially. Visionary leader with the ability to build and lead a team as the department grows.

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Experience with React-Three Fiber and Three.JS. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git. Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
