Key Responsibilities:
Undergraduate Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to boost undergraduate registrations and engagement on Yocket.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize existing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing content and partnerships teams to create targeted campaigns for the undergrad audience.
Event Management:
Plan organize and execute events (online and offline) tailored to the undergraduate community.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and high participant satisfaction.
Track and measure event performance ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with internal and external stakeholders including educational institutions to build partnerships that fuel undergrad growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for undergradfocused projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in program or project management preferably in the education or edtech sector.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and drive datadriven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
Event management experience.
Knowledge of undergraduate education trends and challenges.
Proficiency in tools for project and event management.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years project management experience/ 3 years of sales experience
Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail problem solving critical thinking risk management and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience with project management software tools.
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
