Job Description

Job Title: EntryLevel Direct Sales Representative
Number of Positions: 10
Location: Designated Location
Employment Type: FieldBased
Compensation: Monthly Stipend Commission

About the Role:
As an EntryLevel Direct Sales Representative you will join our dynamic sales team focusing designated areas. In this fieldbased role you will be responsible for generating leads approaching potential clients and promoting our services directly to businesses. This position is ideal for selfstarters who enjoy facetoface interactions and have a keen interest in building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
o Identify and approach potential business clients within designated zones
o Conduct market research to pinpoint key decisionmakers and industry trends within assigned territories.
o Build and maintain a list of prospective clients through a combination of onground and digital research.
2. Sales Outreach & Client Engagement:
o Actively approach and engage with potential customers to introduce and pitch the companys services.
o Respond to client questions offer clarifications and provide additional information as needed to build trust and interest.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
o Develop indepth knowledge of the companys services advantages and relevant selling points.
o Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of services ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
4. Target Achievement & Performance Tracking:
o Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
o Track daily sales activities
5. Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with other sales team members and marketing staff during teambased events or largerscale market storms.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong persuasive abilities with a knack for identifying and responding to client needs.
o Basic understanding of sales techniques and principles.
o Resilient goaloriented and comfortable with working in a targetdriven environment.
o Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in the field.
