Job Title: Level 3 IT Specialist
Location: Albany NY (100% ONSITE)
Initial Duration: 6 months with a strong possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities: Support onboarding of external partners provide technical customer support troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues provide step by step instruction for solutions identify root causes of errors and delays review system application and network access logs prepare documentation to educate users communicate effectively with end users and technical staff collaborate with developers project managers and other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues and perform testing duties.
Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution legal authorization to work in the United States 6 years experience providing technical customer support troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues reviewing application and network access logs of Windows based systems working in a federal state or local government setting and performing testing duties to ensure software meets quality standards.
