Job Description
SUMMARY
This role is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to support and develop custom software solutions for our clients. We re looking for someone with solid experience in fullstack development and a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate should also be wellversed in modern technologies including Azure AI Bot Framework AI technologies and GitHub.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core ASP.NET MVC Framework Angular JavaScript SQL and C# with a focus on scalability performance and security.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success led by a Product Manager or Project Lead and working with vendors and clients. Should be able to articulate thoughts clearly and communicate effectively with Clevel executives and Senior Architects.
- Supporting troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Continuously proposing improvements in technology and processes.
- Documenting technical decisions architecture and strategies.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience (10 years ideal) in software development.
- Expertise in .NET Core ASP.NET MVC Framework Angular JavaScript SQL and C#.
- Proven clientfacing experience including discussions managing expectations and delivering solutions.
- Industry experience in healthcare or ERPrelated (manufacturing) projects is a plus.
- Strong background in scalable web application development and software design patterns.
- Excellent project management problemsolving and communication skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with BOT Framework AI and Managed Services environments.
- GitHub or version control proficiency with adaptability to new technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS).
- Security expertise particularly with secure APIs.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a bonus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Appointment Setting for MSPs Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Proven history and experience Ability to make 150+ calls a day. Professional and courteous demeanor.
