Job Description

Position: Senior Crypto Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Development
Manager to lead and drive the growth of our organization!

IBCGroup.io is a leading blockchain and crypto advisory firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. We are seeking a talented Senior Crypto Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development & Execution:
    Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive
    revenue growth and market share expansion.
    Lead efforts to identify evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in both
    existing and new markets.
    Work closely with the executive team to define and implement longterm business
    objectives and strategic plans.
    Client Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and
    stakeholders.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts and highvalue partnerships
    ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
    Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and position the companys offerings accordingly.
    Market Analysis & Trend Identification:

    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends customer needs
    and competitive dynamics.
    Utilize data and insights to develop and refine sales and business development strategies.
    Partnerships & Negotiation:

    Lead negotiations with potential clients and business partners to secure lucrative deals and partnerships.
    Develop and manage longterm strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and increase market reach.
    Structure negotiate and close highvalue contracts with an emphasis on profitability and strategic alignment.
    CrossFunctional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with the sales marketing product and operations teams to ensure
    alignment between business development activities and broader company goals
    Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to refine offerings
    based on client needs and market feedback.
    Team Leadership & Development:

    Mentor and guide junior business development staff sharing best practices and
    fostering a highperformance culture.
    Lead by example in building relationships and driving performance while
    empowering your team to succeed.
    Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    Set and track KPIs and performance metrics for business development efforts
    ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
    Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on the status of business development
    efforts opportunities pipeline and revenue projections

Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA
    preferred).
    Experience in business development sales or related fields with a proven track
    record of success in driving business growth.
    Previous experience in managing a team and leading crossfunctional initiatives
