Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Lower Parel Mumbai Maharashtra

About the Employer:
A wellestablished automobile dealership recognized for its exceptional customer service and diverse vehicle offerings providing an engaging and dynamic work environment.

Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Executive youll be responsible for generating leads scheduling appointments and promoting the dealerships products and services through outbound calls helping drive sales and customer engagement.

Scope of the Job:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and promote dealership products and services.
  • Qualify leads schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide reports on call volume and lead conversion.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns and objections in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and participate in training to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales/customer service training is a plus).
  • 24 years of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication persuasion and rapportbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software MS Office and telephony systems.
  • Positive attitude resilience and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

  • Competitive salary (Rs. 240000/ to Rs. 300000/ per annum).
