Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Lower Parel Mumbai Maharashtra

Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Executive youll be responsible for generating leads scheduling appointments and promoting the dealerships products and services through outbound calls helping drive sales and customer engagement.
Scope of the Job:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and promote dealership products and services.
- Qualify leads schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide reports on call volume and lead conversion.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and objections in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on product offerings and participate in training to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales/customer service training is a plus).
- 24 years of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication persuasion and rapportbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software MS Office and telephony systems.
- Positive attitude resilience and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
