Tasks
- Handle flight booking requests and manage reservation systems efficiently.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes cancellations and refunds promptly.
- Coordinate with airlines to ensure the best deals and seat availability for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any travelrelated issues or inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and airline policies to offer accurate information.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in ticketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
