Tasks
As a Key Account Manager at Interactive Paper you play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the implementation of successful projects. Your main responsibilities include:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers in the marketing sector. Build a strong network and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Customer Management: Support and develop key accounts to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Assist Interactive Paper in building and maintaining longterm successful customer relationships.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and competitive activities.
- Consultation: Advise clients on the best ways to use our interactive paper solutions to achieve their marketing goals.
- Management: Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure campaigns are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction.
Requirements
- Nativelevel English for highlevel professional communication as the role primarily involves engaging with international clients in the UK Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Several years of professional experience in sales or account management ideally in the marketing or media sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of initiative determination and customer orientation.
- Studies or current enrollment in economics business communication marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
