Job Description
Pharmaceutical production jobs involve a variety of responsibilities including:
Manufacturing: Producing pharmaceutical products such as liquids tablets and drug devices
Equipment operation: Setting up maintaining and cleaning equipment
Sterilization: Following established sterilization procedures
Documentation: Completing documentation including logbooks and batch production and control records
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations and other company and industry policies and procedures
Quality assurance: Collaborating with the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams
Supervision: Supervising production teams and training production personnel
Production schedules: Ensuring production schedules are met within budget
Change management: Leading change management for system improvements
