About the Role:
Are you an experienced professional with a background in healthcare fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the healthcare sector where youll utilize your expertise to support clients across pharmaceutical and dermatological services.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for customers offering them precise advice addressing their healthrelated inquiries and ensuring they receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese and Spanish is crucial as you will serve a diverse client base across these language regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert customer support and consultation on healthcare products and services via phone email and chat using your Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
- Respond to customer queries related to pharmaceutical products and treatments offering clear reliable and professional guidance.
- Engage in proactive problemsolving assisting clients with their healthrelated issues and ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Foster and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and personalized care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Working Conditions:
- FullTime Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 7:00 PM.
- Every second Saturday is a working day.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 8500 PLN gross per month

Qualifications Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy Dermatology Chemistry Biology Biotechnology or other related fields.
- Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in Portuguese and Spanish (C2 level) with strong English skills (B2 level).
- Strong organizational timemanagement and multitasking skills.
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to stay updated with medical advancements and practices.
Contract and Employment Terms:
- Initial 3month probation period under a full employment contract.
- Following the probation period contract extensions are offered for 1 year 18 months or on a permanent basis depending on performance and team leader recommendation.
Relocation Support:
For candidates relocating to Poland we provide flight ticket costs and cover the Real Estate Agency fees. (Please note that accommodation is not provided.)
Selection Process:
- Candidates profiles are reviewed by the clients recruitment team.
- If the candidate is not already in the clients database the profile will be evaluated and if suitable the candidate will be invited for an interview.
Required Documents for Eligibility:
- EU citizens can apply directly.
- For nonEU citizens documents such as a valid passport student visa Temporary Residence Card (TRC) and proof of active student status or recent graduation in Poland are necessary.
