If youre fluent in Norwegian and English this is your chance to help travelers navigate their journeys with ease and confidence! Based in Warsaw youll enjoy a lively international workplace with the option to switch to a hybrid model after 36 months.
Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Be the friendly helpful voice behind inbound calls and chats in Norwegian providing expert assistance to travelers.
- Guide customers through flight bookings offering advice on fares products and services.
- Manage reservation changes (dates destinations personal info) like a travel pro.
- Handle special requestsfrom wheelchair assistance to traveling with pets.
- Smoothly process ticket cancellations and refunds.
- Help customers purchase airline tickets and assist with payment methods.
- Provide support for travelers facing unexpected challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Norwegian (C1) Your Norwegian is fluent and you can handle both spoken and written communications with ease.
- English (B2) Youre also comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Strong technical skills You know your way around MS Office browsers and general computer tools.
- A positive energetic approach to solving customer challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
