What We Offer
Position: Airline Customer Support Specialist
Location: Onsite in Warsaw Poland
Start Date: Openings starting from November 25 2024 with another wave on January 13 2025.
Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to airline passengers via various channels.
Address inquiries regarding bookings cancellations and travel policies.
Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Requirements
Language Skills: C2 in Norwegian with excellent proficiency in English.
Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
