What We Offer
- Position: Airline Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Onsite in Warsaw Poland
- Start Date: Openings starting from November 25 2024 with another wave on January 13 2025.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to airline passengers through various channels.
- Address inquiries related to bookings cancellations and travel policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 in Danish with excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
