Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries across phone chat email and social media. Youll assist with account management technical support and financial matters playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide toptier support via phone chat email and social media
  • Assist with account setup verification logins financial transactions and technical concerns
  • Offer expert guidance particularly to clients in the sports sector
  • Address customer inquiries feedback and concerns with efficiency and professionalism
  • Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Uphold company policies while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve overall service quality

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Polish Residency Card
  • 01 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
