Job Title: Customer Support Advisor Danish & English (Airline Project)
Start Dates: 25th November 2024 or 13th January 2025
Location: Warsaw Poland (OnSite)
Salary: 9550 PLN gross/month

Were on the hunt for a passionate Customer Support Advisor to join our crew and deliver worldclass service for one of the Nordics most prestigious airlines SAS. If youre fluent in Danish and English and excited about helping travelers navigate their journeys this role is your boarding pass to a new adventure! Based in Warsaw youll be working in a vibrant dynamic environment with the potential to transition to a hybrid model after 36 months.

Whats Your Mission

  • Be the friendly voice answering inbound calls and chats in Danish solving customers travel questions with confidence.
  • Guide travelers through booking flights recommending the best fares products and services.
  • Manage reservation changes (dates destinations personal details) like a pro.
  • Arrange special requestsfrom wheelchair assistance to flying with pets.
  • Handle cancellations and refunds ensuring a smooth and stressfree process.
  • Assist with ticket purchases and offer advice on payment methods.
  • Support customers with unexpected travel challenges always with a helpful attitude.

What Youll Bring on Board:

  • Danish (C1) Your Danish is fluent and you can handle both written and spoken communication effortlessly.
  • English (B2) Youre comfortable communicating in English too.
  • A knack for tech Youre familiar with MS Office browsers and general computer tasks.
  • A positive attitude and energy that lights up every customer interaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or CRM platforms is a bonus.
