Responsibilities
Register new riders and verify their information ensuring it aligns with Gamma standards.
Clearly explain Gamma product features and benefits to riders.
Provide inperson support to riders ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Guide riders through the onboarding process and familiarize them with tools for success.
Promote the Gamma brand and inspire enthusiasm among drivers.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of Gamma policies and procedures.
Address and resolve any riderrelated issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Must be customer servicecentric.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
