Job Title: Bilingual Client Services Officer (French/English)

We are seeking a Bilingual Client Services Officer fluent in French and English to join our dynamic team in Tunis.

Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Client Services Officer you will be responsible for providing highquality customer service to our clients in both French and English. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills a strong sense of responsibility and a serviceoriented attitude. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and problemsolving and enjoy working in a supportive team environment this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support in French and English ensuring effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues related to the products or services offered.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service processes.
  • Manage and update client records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and report generation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Minimum Bac2 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Expert profile with prior experience in customer service insurance or a similar field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
    • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in both French and English with a proficiency level of C1/C2.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Reliable involved and passionate about working in a respectful and supportive environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
    • Strong organizational skills detailoriented and serviceminded.
    • Comfortable working with numbers and datadriven tasks.
    • Openminded and adaptable in a multicultural setting.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule:
    • 40 hours per week distributed over 5 working days.
    • Flexible Hours: Between 07:00 and 10:00 AM (morning) or between 04:00 and 07:30 PM (afternoon).
    • 2 days off per week on a rotating basis.
  • Location:
    • Tunis Tunisia.
  • Contract: Fulltime permanent position (CDI).
