Job Overview:
As a Bilingual Client Services Officer you will be responsible for providing highquality customer service to our clients in both French and English. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills a strong sense of responsibility and a serviceoriented attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support in French and English ensuring effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues related to the products or services offered.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service processes.
- Manage and update client records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and report generation as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum Bac2 or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience: Expert profile with prior experience in customer service insurance or a similar field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in both French and English with a proficiency level of C1/C2.

Working Conditions:
- Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week distributed over 5 working days.
- Flexible Hours: Between 07:00 and 10:00 AM (morning) or between 04:00 and 07:30 PM (afternoon).
- 2 days off per week on a rotating basis.

- Contract: Fulltime permanent position (CDI).
