Job Overview:
As a Client Services Officer your role will involve providing outstanding customer service to our clients in both French and English. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills a sense of responsibility and a serviceoriented attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support in French and English ensuring effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance or services offered.
- Maintain high service quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Manage client records with accuracy and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Monitor service processes and improve efficiency identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and generating reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum Bac2 or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: Expert profile with prior experience in customer service insurance or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in French and English with a proficiency level of C1/C2.
- Personal Attributes:

Working Conditions:
- Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
- Flexible Hours: Between 07:00 and 10:00 AM (morning) or 04:00 and 07:30 PM (afternoon).
- Work Week: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off during the week.
- Location:
- Immeuble Le Tanit du Lac Windermere Rue du Lac Huron 1053 Tunis Tunisia.
- Contract: Fulltime permanent position.
