Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll represent our brand engaging with customers through digital platforms. Your duties will include providing product information resolving account or delivery issues and keeping accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Resolve issues effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions

Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
