Experience: 3 to 6 years representing clients in an array of environmental and/or energy matters.
Location: Buffalo Rochester Saratoga Spring or Albany office (Any of these)

Responsibilities:
Representing clients in environmental and energy matters including in front of administrative bodies.
Handling permitting regulatory compliance diligence and transactional matters related to energy and environmental sectors.
Conducting litigation in relevant fields including handling depositions motion practice court appearances and electronic discovery.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Salary: $128000 to $158000

At this time the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position if the successful applicant is based Buffalo Rochester Saratoga Spring or Albany office is $128000 to $158000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria such as experience portables and skill level. This range is not applicable to other locations.
