Job Description
Litigation Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partneredwith a successful plaintiff civil litigation firm with over 15 Attorneys over 1000 fivestart Google reviews and over 30 years in business helping the injured.We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with extensive personal injury experience to join our dynamic team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Manage up to 60 litigation cases overseeing investigations strategy development and trial preparation.
- Supervise and support staff in case management legal filings and discovery processes.
- Handle depositions mediations court appearances and client communications.
- Oversee case evaluations medical management and expert preparation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firms Personal Injury department.
- Strong interpersonal communication and social skills.
- 4 years of experience with the litigation process in personal injury cases including filing complaints discovery motions and pretrial conferences.
- Ability to manage settlement negotiations and participate in trial preparation and trial itself.
- Knowledge of posttrial motions and appeals if applicable.
- Familiarity with Workers Compensation terminology.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
COMPENSATION &BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $160000 $210000 (D.O.E.)
