Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters in both federal and state court.
Prepare highlevel executives for deposition and counseling.
Advise key stakeholders on the effects of ongoing litigation.
Argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for arbitration and bench and jury trials including voir dire and witness preparation.
Engage in postjudgment motion practice.
Collaborate with colleagues in a fastpaced and collegial environment.
Experience you will need:
JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
Experience with motion practice discovery disputes and trial preparation.
Strong labor and employment experience preferred.
Business and real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication organization collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with court procedures.
Significant litigation knowledge.
