Position: Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote industrial automation solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing this role will oversee a marketing team and lead initiatives to support the companys growth and expansion of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing a passion for technology and a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plans aimed at achieving company objectives and increasing brand awareness.
- Design and execute multichannel lead generation campaigns including digital email social media and industry events. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop engaging content across various platforms such as websites blogs whitepapers and social media in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights. Refine marketing strategies based on customer feedback and insights.
- Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and developing brand guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Work closely with sales product development and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate and execute participation in industry events trade shows and conferences including all logistics and postevent followup.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the marketing team.
- Recruit train and evaluate marketing staff performance.
- Handle performance evaluations including disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably within the industrial automation or technology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing SEO SEM and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with MS Office marketing software and CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to relocate to Waukesha WI before starting work.
- Strong attention to detail organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
