As a Customer Service agent you will respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by phone email and chat within the stipulated time frame and deliver an outstanding and memorable customer experience that builds brand preference a positive social buzz and long term value.
Required skills
- Fluent in German
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to CRM systems or equivalent
- Proficient computer user
- Basic digital knowledge; smartphones and software applications
- Computer literate including working knowledge of Microsoft
- Punctuality
- Sense of responsibility
