What Youll Do:
- Be the Voice: Answer incoming calls from our amazing customers guiding them through their questions about subscriptions billing and technical troubleshooting.
- Create Smiles: Provide personalized solutions with a smile making every interaction enjoyable and memorable!
- Embody the Culture: Dive into the Bouygues Telecom spirit and share it with your colleagues every day. lets create a fun work environment together!
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: French Native or Strong C2 proficiency your language skills are your superpower!
- Positive Attitude: No previous experience needed just a cando attitude and a willingness to learn!
- Location Location Location: You must be living in Porto or within 30 km because this role is all about the onsite experience!

- Salary Package: Enjoy a base salary of 930 (14 months) with total monthly earnings exceeding 1400!
- Bonus Potential: Get a guaranteed performance bonus of 100 for the first three months plus additional bonuses based on your performance.

Your Work Schedule:
- Shifts: Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Documents Needed:
- EU Citizenship
- Portuguese Residence Card
- Visa D (work visa or job seeker)
Important Note: You must have a valid address in Porto or within 30 km along with all necessary work documents including NIF and NISS.
Relocation: No relocation assistance provided candidates must already reside in the Porto area.
