Responsibilities:
- Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels chat email and phone;
- Support and expand the selfserve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
- Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.
Requirements:
- Native Turkish speaker;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Familiarity with online advertising products and social media;
- 1 year of working in customer service;
- Excellent communication skills: verbal written and listening skills;
- Flexible and quick learner.
- EU passport or Portuguese Residence Card.
What we offer:
- Compensation: up to 1360 euros gross per month (including base salary Christmas allowance Holiday allowance and Meal allowance).
- Contract: 12 months temporary contract automatically renewable for 12 months (up to 2 times).
- Training 15 working days (in English).
- Working hours: 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 7.00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
