Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring highquality service and efficient issue resolution.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions and account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Schedule
- Fulltime position: Monday to Saturday 7 AM to 7 PM.
