Sunway Wellness in Nagpur is seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an RPO Associate. This entrylevel position is perfect for fresher s who are passionate about human resources and recruitment. As an RPO Associate you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) activities of our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR field and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms job boards social media and other channels to source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Short listing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide information about job opportunities schedule interviews and collect necessary documentation.
- Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems accurately. Ensure all candidate information is organized and easily accessible.
- Coordination: Assist with interview scheduling coordination and logistics. Communicate effectively with hiring managers candidates and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR and recruitment team as needed. This may include preparing documents drafting emails and other clerical tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
