Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a critical role within the organization by sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source and attract top talent through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct inperson and virtual interviews
- Prepare and present job offers
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
- Participate in job fairs and networking events
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interviewing and evaluation abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid negotiation and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is a plus
