Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in recruiting across various industries. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fill our open positions. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Keep detailed records of candidates and hiring activities.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires when necessary.
- Stay uptodate with current recruiting methods and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in recruiting preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
