In 2004 they launched a dedicated design studio to cater to the burgeoning market needs which was a strategic move complementing their existing brand.

We are a leading company in the furniture manufacturing renovation and architectural interior design consultation sector in Cambodia. As we continue to expand our operations and enhance our services we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing complex projects from conception through completion ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project processes from start to finish.
• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in project management architecture engineering or a related field.
• Willing to work at Phnom Penh Cambodia.
• Minimum of 15 years of direct work experience in project management including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project Basecamp or equivalent.
• Proven experience in people management strategic planning risk management and change management.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Persuasive encouraging and motivating.
• Ability to defuse tension among project team should it arise.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including upper management clients and other departments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to learn understand and apply new technologies.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in work hours.
