Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Gorontalo Indonesia
Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team at a leading electronics retail and distribution company. The successful candidate will oversee sales and operational processes across our retail stores and distribution branches while building and maintaining strong relationships with key wholesaler clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead sales operations across multiple retail stores and distribution branches.
- Drive sales growth and implement lead generation strategies to achieve company targets.
- Establish and sustain productive relationships with wholesaler clients ensuring efficient operations and superior service.
- Evaluate and enhance store performance by focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing supply chain and other teams to streamline operations and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- 78 years of solid experience in sales and distribution management preferably in consumer products or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of managing store operations and sales teams effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills particularly in managing key client relationships.
- A resultsoriented mindset with expertise in lead generation and achieving sales objectives.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced retail environment.
