Founded in 1987 Yeshiva Elementary School has grown to serve approximately 500 students in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our fully equipped complex in North Miami provides students with an atmosphere conducive to growth and learning. Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team and inspire our middle school students. We welcome applicants specializing in all subject areas. If you are a qualified educator with a love of teaching and a commitment to student success we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters respect and a love of learning
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field
- Valid teaching certification (or eligibility for certification in Florida)
- Experience teaching middle school students preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the schools religious values and mission
