Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to foster strong relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analyses. Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with other departments including marketing revenue management and operations to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications :

Experiences and Skills required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
  • Highly motivated proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
