Job Summary
We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving targets and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills be proactive and have the ability to foster relationships with both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
Receive and report on all sales leads ensuring prompt followup.
Supervise and support sales representatives to achieve their goals.
Ensure sales quotas and targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications and Skills
Masters degree or higher in Sales/Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building materials construction insurance FMCG banking or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Proven ability to take critical and measurable initiatives.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
