Our client who is into property development and facility management requires an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing you will be primarily responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities negotiating deals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales prospects and assess customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set up meetings with potential clients listen to their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on property inventory to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing client objections or concerns.
- Build and nurture relationships with agents partners and internal teams to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure properties are available for client viewings and sales demonstrations.
- Provide regular sales reports and share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at events exhibitions and conferences to attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor s degree in Real Estate Marketing or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of sales experience in Real Estate or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in other languages is an advantage.
Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online booking platforms. Proven experience in managing teams. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Must possess great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to solve problems and pay attention to detail.
