Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tema BM Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This role is critical for driving sales growth maintaining strong customer relationships and expanding our market presence in the Tema region. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to implement effective strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and gather market trends competitor activities and promotional strategies to guide decisionmaking.
Showcase and demonstrate the companys products to customers emphasizing features and benefits to close deals.
Engage in effective negotiations to secure sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales techniques and promotional plans tailored to market dynamics.
Ensure timely recovery and collection of sales payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
Collect organize and maintain comprehensive customer profiles to enhance service delivery.
Regularly prepare and submit sales reports performance metrics and insights for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Solid understanding of product information and market trends.
Exceptional negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Teamoriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
Multilingual abilities (English Twi Ewe) are a plus.
